"Through the gates: Ashford Oaks residence filled with luxury and love"
The house at 3093 Bobwhite Trail has a view from every angle: From the front, a golf course. From the back, a park. And inside, all the space and comfort offered up by an Ashford Oaks home. Susan Genovese and her husband, Frank, built the home in 2017. Transplants from Richmond, Virginia, the Genoveses’ three sons grew up and moved to Lexington, Washington, D.C., and Nashville. With four grandchildren in Lexington, the couple moved here, too, providing an easier route for their two other sons to come visit.

"A Slice of Heaven"
Frank & Kathleen Saponaro have only lived in Kentucky a few months and they already tell people they have found their “little slice of heaven” at their Ashford Oaks home. “We visited a lot of neighborhoods, but when we saw the model home in Ashford Oaks, it was hands down the best neighborhood and home we looked at in Lexington KY.

“Downsizing in Comfort”
Delores and C.K. Lane’s younger child was about to leave home to go to college. Their daughter had already graduated and was working in Atlanta. Now it was time for the Lanes to face the prospect of becoming empty-nesters. “We kept watching Jason Justice develop this neighborhood (Ashford Oaks) and we fell in love with with his work,” said Delores.

“New build the perfect bend of casual vacation, retirement home.”
Shari & Charles Snavely credit Jason Justice of Justice Builders with putting them at ease with the building process. “More than anything, he’s trustworthy,” Charles said. “He really does look out for your interests.”
“We wanted a vacation/retirement home,” Shari said. “A cozy cottage in the French Country style with no formal rooms, relaxing and warm.”
